Hi, Im Rose Hunter.

My aim for all individuals is a life filled with happiness, health and connection. I believe the key for this lies in experiencing mother nature in all her glory with our incredible bodies we are blessed with.

Fitness and health was never a strong focus in my teenage years. I thrived on drama, dance and photography. However when I stepped on the scale at 21 years old and weighed 91kgs, I knew I had to make a change. I had struggled with mental health for many years but had truly come face to face with the consequences of a life lived inside my head.

It was 3 years and about 30 kgs lighter before I decided to become a fitness professional and help others on their journey. However I learnt many lessons on the way and it wasn't just about eating less and training more.

Over the last 9 years in the wellness industry I have realised that everything is connected, especially when it comes to our health. Our body is not a seperate object we must train, feed and control. There are a variety of elements that make up a vibrant, healthy and alive human and a deep reverence and connection is where we must begin.

It’s been an honour to study this and help so many others heal and come alive on their unique journey and I feel incredibly grateful that it’s something I get to wake up and do every day.

I believe to lead a full life, we need to tune in to our human desire for exploration, challenges, creativity and connection.

Begin to look at life and everyday health with the intuitive curiosity, love and wonder that led us up to adulthood.

Creating a conscious connection to our inherent nature

Most of us are currently stuck inside four walls for 40 hours a week,

on a couch at home for 10 hours

and then slogging our bodies for a possible 3+ hours a week inside a gym.

This leaves us disconnected and unsatisfied.

Through coming back to nature and our bodies

with Adventure, connection and health amongst our beautiful environment we can begin to come back to life and create a sustainable conscious lifestyle.
